Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Boardmans brand in South Africa. You will lead a team to drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold store standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include team leadership, stock control, merchandising, safety, and ensuring a customer-centric shopping experience. This role requires a minimum Grade 12 and at least three years in retail management, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Must have Grade 12 matric and at least 3 years of proven Retail Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Sales management across the store and team.
• Stock management to ensure optimal stock levels and visibility.
