Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Oversee stock management, including receiving, merchandising, and inventory counts, to minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, managing cash and card transactions.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements
