Placements24 is recruiting a Retail Store Supervisor for a popular clothing retailer in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will support the Store Manager, lead sales associates, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards. The role requires at least 2 years in retail or customer service, supervisory experience, and strong communication.

You will handle opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, POS operations, and training new staff. Flexible weekend availability.

Qualificações

• Prev supervisory or keyholder experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of retail sales associates, ensuring high levels of performance and customer engagement.

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Ensure a safe and clean shopping environment for customers and staff.
• Assist with cash handling and deposit procedures as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
