• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, retail management software, and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational challenges and drive efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
