About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead their team in Centurion . You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and managing staff effectively. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of retail management principles and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will play a key role in achieving store targets and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve store performance targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail management software.
