Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure accurate stock control.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store environment.
• Drive sales performance through effective sales techniques, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
