Responsabilidades

• Assist with overall store management to ensure operations follow policy and procedures.
• Handle customer compliments and complaints and report to management.
• Build professional relationships with customers and respond to stock queries.
• Maintain communication with customers and refer inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Manage refunds, returns, and cash handling at the point of sale.
• Verify deliveries and invoices for accuracy; support Receiving Manager with claims.
