Aufgaben

• Handle customer compliments and complaints and report to management.
• Build professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve customer stock queries and provide feedback.
• Assist customers and direct them to the right departments.
• Maintain cash float and manage shortfalls at POS.
• Verify deliveries and invoices for accuracy.
• Support Receiving Manager with distribution centre claims.
• Manage high-risk stock and documentation control.
