Qualifications

• SAP experience required.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report customer complements and complaints to management.
• Establish a professional relationship with customers.
• Ensure all customer stock queries are dealt with and resolved.
• Maintain effective external communication with customers when feedback is required.
• Assist customers with enquiries and refer to appropriate departments.
• Adhere to the customer turnover per hour rate as per policy.
• Manage shorts and overs at point of sale, including floats.
• Manage refunds and returns transactions.
• Ensure back stock and returned goods are handled correctly.
• Verify and review deliveries and invoices for accuracy.
• Assist Receiving Manager in preparing/logging Distribution Centre claims.
• Manage and control high-risk stock.
• Prepare the run reconciliations daily.
• Ensure cashiers have sufficient change for service levels.
• Maintain liaison between relevant parties and document control.
