Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle in Springs seeks an attentive cashier to manage POS transactions and cash handling, while delivering customer-centric service. You will keep till areas secure, balance cash, and support TV license, credit, and accessory services as required.

Role requires Grade 12 / Matric and 2–3 years retail experience, with basic MS Word/Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous. Strong numerical skills and teamwork are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• 2–3 years retail experience.
• Practical experience in cash handling.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel).
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process POS transactions and manage cash ups in line with policies.
• Capture invoices and attach to manual records within 24 hours.
• Promote add-on sales and upsell to customers.
• Maintain till security, balance floats, and secure registers.
• Assist with cellular, credit, and value-added services administration.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and in line with service code.
