Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate completed.
• 2–3 years in retail environment.
• Experience with cash handling and financial administration.
• Familiar with SAP and basic computer tools.

Responsabilités

• Process POS transactions and cash ups accurately.
• Maintain security and balance floats at shift end.
• Promote add-on sales and TV licence purchases.
• Assist with cellular, credit, and service administration.
• Provide customer service per the service code and handle complaints.
