Desirable: Maths and English at Grade 12 level; retail/FMCG background; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote promotions effectively.

Qualifications

• Basic maths calculations.
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
• Understanding of stock management procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.
• Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level desirable.

Responsabilités

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Promote promotions to positively affect sales and customer experience.
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping according to store standards.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.
• Keep updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events to provide correct information to customers.
