A leading retail and supply management company in North West is seeking a dedicated operational staff member to enhance customer experience through effective service delivery at the point of sale. Responsibilities include executing operational tasks, maintaining accuracy in transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have Grade 12 level Maths and English, with experience in a retail or FMCG environment being desirable.
