The role focuses on smooth day-to-day operations, staff support, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. You will collaborate with management to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in retail operations, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or coordinator roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic POS knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily operational tasks.
• Manage store supplies, inventory, and equipment.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and payroll-related administration.
• Support inventory processes: receiving, stock counts, discrepancies.
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance within the store.
• Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage orders and deliveries.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support the implementation of new operational initiatives and procedures.
