Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within retail.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and customer service principles.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects aimed at improving retail operations, customer service, and in-store efficiencies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including store staff, merchandising, marketing, IT, and supply chain.
• Oversee the implementation of new retail technologies, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and customer engagement platforms.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
• Ensure seamless execution of pilot programs and full-scale rollouts of new initiatives.
