Placements24 in Soweto, Gauteng seeks an experienced Project Manager to optimize retail operations and logistics across the network. This hybrid role combines on-site supervision with remote planning to drive customer experience improvements and profitability in a major retail group.

You will lead projects from planning to execution, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with store managers, warehouses, suppliers and IT teams, implement new retail technologies, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience in retail operations, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with change management and process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to improve retail operations and logistics.
