Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management with retail focus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail/Operations mgmt or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for retail operational improvement projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines with store managers and regional leads.
• Develop detailed project plans for POS upgrades, inventory enhancements, and store layouts.
• Lead cross-functional teams including store staff, IT, marketing, and operations.
• Oversee implementation of new retail technologies and processes and ensure adoption.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies and report to senior management.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to management.
