Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience with focus on retail or operations.
• Proven experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects aimed at improving retail operations efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop project charters, detailed work plans, resource estimates, and budgets for operational initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, IT, and supply chain to achieve project goals.
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement, proposing innovative solutions.
• Monitor project progress against KPIs and milestones, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and technologies within the retail environment.
