Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support smooth functioning of our client's retail stores in and around Richards Bay. The role combines inventory logistics, staff scheduling, and compliance with operational standards in a hybrid work setup.

You will be a key liaison between head office and store teams, helping implement new initiatives, monitor performance, and drive efficiency across the network while maintaining a consistent brand experience for

• Experience in retail operations, logistics, or a similar administrative support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with retail management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaunt with store staff and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setup.
• Understanding of retail processes and supply chain basics in the Richards Bay region is advantageous.
