Job summary

Essential: Grade 12 and 0–6 months retail experience. Advantageous: 1 year retail work experience, retail business management certification. You will manage stock, assist customers, and handle transactions in a friendly, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Senior Certificate.
• 0–6 months retail work experience is required.
• Basic computer skills helpful (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Be able to work retail hours and adhere to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full product ranges are on shelves and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock to prevent sell-by-date issues.
• Restock merchandise to maximize sales.
• Handle customer queries and assist at point of sale.
• Process all payments and manage cash/cash equivalents.
