Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Matric is required.
• 0–6 months retail work experience essential.
• Advantageous: 1 year retail experience.
• Certification in Retail Business Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full ranges of products are on shelves and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock on shelves and ensure items are not past sell-by date.
• Restock merchandise to maximise sales.
• Handle customer queries and process payments at point of sale.
• Keep storeroom organized and stock properly stored.
• Adhere to Dis-Chem policies, health and safety rules.
