Qualifications

• 0–6 months of retail work experience.
• Advantageous: 1 year retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep full product ranges on shelves and neatly presented.
• Maintain stock and ensure products are not past sell-by date.
• Restock merchandise to maximise sales.
• Handle in-store stock queries promptly and accurately.
• Process all payments including cash, cards and vouchers.
• Ensure price accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep storeroom neat and organised; track stock levels.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and product knowledge.
