Responsibilities

• Ensure full product ranges are on shelves and presented neatly.
• Maintain shelf stock to prevent sell-by date issues.
• Restock merchandise to maximise sales.
• Address all customer out-of-stock queries promptly.
• Store delivered stock and back stock in correct locations.
• Ensure price labels and displays are accurate and report discrepancies.
• Keep storeroom organized and tidy.
• Stay informed on product knowledge to assist customers.
• Assist with restocking and back stocking as needed.
• Assist with stock counting and stocktaking tasks.
• Identify and report damaged or expired stock to management.
• Handle cash, cards, vouchers and payments per procedures.
• Exchange merchandise and process returns with supervisor approval.
• Process loyalty cards and keep cash flow within till data.
• Ensure stock safety and compliance with SOPs.
