• Ensure adherence to store policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle opening and closing procedures as required.

• Observe and report on customer behavior and sales trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and visual merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and results‑driven approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
• Residing in or willing to work in the Randburg, Gauteng area.
