Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and regulatory registrations are required.
• RE1 and RE5 registrations and CPD compliance are essential.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or a FSCA-recognised tertiary qualification is required.
• Class of Business accreditation must be maintained annually.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass through strategy execution.
• Guide and align Sales Consultants with branch objectives.
• Lead a service culture to deliver an optimal client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day branch maintenance and business planning.
• Ensure sales delivery, service quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Handle HR-related processes for direct reports with the HR team.
• Plan and report monthly on sales and service activities.
• Identify stakeholders and engage them effectively to build relationships.
