Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants.
• Lead service culture and ensure optimal client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and planning.
• Ensure sales delivery, compliance, risk management, and HR collaboration.
• Plan monthly sales/service activity and stakeholder engagement.
