Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) completed.
- RE1 and RE5 certifications.
- 120 Wealth Management credits OR FSCA-recognised qualification.
- Class of Business accreditation (annual).
- CPD compliance current and past cycles.
Responsibilities
- Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass.
- Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in the branch.
- Lead a service delivery culture and optimise client experience.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and business planning.
- Ensure sales delivery, compliance, quality and risk management.
