Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is looking for a Branch Manager to grow the customer base and revenue of the Retail Mass segment. You will guide Sales Consultants, standardise activities, and lead a service delivery culture to ensure an optimal client experience.

The role requires Matric, RE1/RE5, and at least 5 years in leadership with service management and credit experience. The position offers opportunities for career advancement within a leading financial services group.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• RE1 and RE5 certifications are required.
• 120 Wealth Management credits OR FSCA-recognised tertiary qualification is required.
• Class of Business accreditation is required (annual).
• CPD compliance for current and past cycles is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue of retail mass through branch strategy execution.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in the branch.
• Lead a service delivery culture to enhance client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day retail branch operations and business planning.
• Ensure sales delivery and drive service culture.
• Ensure compliance, quality and risk management.
