Qualifications

• Basic maths calculations required.
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
• Understanding of stock management procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new clubcard members to achieve targets.
• Make customers aware of promotions to positively affect sales and ensure customers feel good and pay less.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly, professional service.
• Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping per store standards.
• Support the Group’s vision to be the first-choice health and beauty retailer by living company values.
• Maintain updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events to provide correct information to customers.
