You will promote promotions, maintain merchandising standards and stay updated on product ranges to assist customers effectively. Strong maths, English proficiency and a customer-focused mindset are desirable for success.

Qualifications

• Desirable: customer-facing role in a retail/FMCG environment.
• Grade 12 Maths and English (50% each) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new clubcard members.
• Make customers aware of promotions to positively affect sales.
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping to store standards.
• Support the Group's vision to be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer.
• Keep knowledge on products, promotions and events to provide accurate information.
