About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding retail group, is seeking a results-driven and strategic Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations within the **Bloemfontein, Free State, ZA** region. This fully remote position allows you to manage your territory effectively from your home office while maintaining a strong presence through regular site visits. The Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and consistent brand standards across all assigned stores. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans in a dynamic retail environment.
• Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel regularly within the **Bloemfontein, Free State, ZA** region to visit stores.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote capacity.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
