Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking a capable Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily openings and closings, maintain health and safety standards, and manage POS systems in Sandton. The role involves supervising a team, scheduling shifts, training, stock control, invoices, and cash reconciliation.

You will address guest inquiries and build relationships with regular patrons. Applicants should have Grade 12, a formal hospitality qualification, and at least 2 years' experience in casual dining

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service openings and closings, health and safety, POS systems.
• Supervise and motivate team; manage shift scheduling and training.
• Track stock, upload invoices, reconcile cash-ups, and manage deliveries.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, build relationships with regulars.
