Job summary

TradeOn in Montagu, Western Cape, is seeking a Restaurant Manager-in-training to deliver operational excellence. Initial six-month training occurs at KFC Montagu, followed by placement at other restaurants in the portfolio.

You will lead shifts, coach teams, and manage costs to meet CHAMPS standards and customer expectations. A clear succession path with certification supports growth into full RM responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric.
• Essential: 1-2 years supervisory experience in QSR, retail or hospitality with lead of large teams and shifts.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements, manage budgets and controllables.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Office tools at beginner level.
• Good understanding of CHAMPS, food safety and safety compliance.
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility to work at any restaurant within region.
