The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in talent acquisition, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of SA labour laws, with a track record of effective recruitment partnerships and data-driven decision making. This is a hybrid role in Benoni.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws related to recruitment.

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling to offer negotiation.
• Implement and optimize recruitment processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Develop and strengthen the employer brand to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and diversity & inclusion principles.
