• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years in resort/hotel operations with 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L management.
• Experience balancing remote tasks with on-site supervision and leading diverse teams.
