Ideal candidates bring a Hotel/Hospitality Management qualification with at least 5 years in leadership roles. You will manage budgets, reservations, and staff while delivering exceptional service under flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Formación

• Qualification in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
• 5+ years leadership in hospitality.
• Budget and asset management experience.
• Stock control and operations management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily resort operations and maintain facilities to high standards.
• Ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of the resort.
• Build and sustain positive guest relationships and satisfaction.
• Manage departmental budgets and handle financial documentation.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Oversee online booking platforms and reservations across periods.
• Lead, motivate, and manage resort staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
