Job summary

CA Select Limited is seeking a proactive Residence Coordinator to oversee the daily operations, security, and maintenance of a student accommodation facility in Bellville. You will ensure a safe, clean, and well-managed living environment while maintaining clear administrative communication with senior management.

The role requires experience in residential property management or hospitality, strong organizational and people skills, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, student accommodation, or hospitality operations.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills (email, documentation).
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (security, cleaning, maintenance).
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with students, parents, and university stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residence and ensure smooth administrative communication with senior management.
• Manage security, maintenance, and cleaning teams with effective shift handovers and attendance tracking.
• Reconcile petty cash and handle end-of-month financial and operational paperwork.
• Coordinate student lifecycle activities: check-ins, lease agreements, room inspections, biometric registration, and occupancy records.
• Ensure compliance with Fire Regulations and Health & Safety standards; conduct bi-annual drills.
