Based in Green Point, you will optimize revenue, maintain inventory, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Opera PMS in a hotel environment.
• Proficient in revenue management and rate parity.
• Knowledge of OTA channels and distribution.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in sales and upselling techniques.

Responsabilités

• Process all booking channels and OTA platforms.
• Handle group reservations and manage room inventory.
• Track cancellations and maintain booking records.
• Monitor occupancy, deposits, and rate parity.
• Generate forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest requests.
• Maintain Opera PMS and update inventory.
• Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Manage guest confirmations and modifications.
