Qualifications

• Proven guest service experience in hospitality.
• Ability to operate Opera PMS and manage guest records.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, handling check-ins and check-outs.
• Enrol guests in ANEW Rewards, manage reservations and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs and VIP arrangements.
• Process payments, balance transactions, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Ensure guest privacy and security of keys/access cards.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and maintain service quality.
