Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in program management within youth development.
• Experience designing, implementing, evaluating youth programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience budgeting and financial management for programs.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Understanding Pretoria youth challenges and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full lifecycle of youth programs from concept to evaluation in Pretoria.
• Develop strategies and action plans aligned with goals and youth needs.
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and support program staff and volunteers.
• Build partnerships with schools, community centers, and government agencies in Pretoria.
