Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Community Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on youth development or community outreach.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for youth outreach initiatives aligning with organizational objectives.
Manage day-to-day operations of youth programs including budgeting, staffing, and resources.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and local authorities.
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
Deliver workshops on life skills, education, and career development.
Monitor progress, collect data, and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.
