Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in youth development or non-profit settings.
• Proven success in managing programs and leading teams.
• In-depth knowledge of youth development principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage youth development programs aligned with goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of program staff and volunteers.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify key development areas.
• Establish partnerships with schools and community organizations in Cape Town.
• Oversee program budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact.
• Organize workshops, trainings, and mentoring activities for youth.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment for participants.
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
• Contribute to fundraising by providing program information and proposals.
