Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth, in program coordination or facilitation.
• Experience delivering virtual programs or online content for youth.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to connect with youth online.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, social media and digital tools.
