Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage California workers' compensation cases with independent day-to-day oversight and timely follow-ups.
• Provide updates to injured workers in English and Spanish, with empathetic follow-ups on treatment participation.
• Coordinate medical appointments, treatment plans, referrals, and follow-ups with providers.
• Monitor authorization requests and utilization reviews to identify delays and escalate as needed.
• Move case matters toward resolution through communication with insurers, administrators, and attorneys.
• Prepare, review, and organize claim forms and medical reports for accessible records.
• Maintain deadlines, hearings, and filings per California workers' compensation rules.
• Support attorneys by gathering documentation and coordinating follow-ups with the back-office.
• Maintain accurate case information in the cloud-based system and coordinate with the team on filings.
