Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a seasoned case manager to oversee a California personal injury pre-litigation portfolio for remote workers. You will keep clients informed, coordinate medical treatment, and track deadlines with minimal supervision.

The role requires fluent Spanish and strong English, deep knowledge of California PI practices, lien tracking, and experience with insurance carriers. You’ll collaborate with attorneys and support staff using Maris Case.

Qualifications

• Independently manage U.S. personal injury cases through pre-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California PI practices, liability and settlements.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English for client communication.
• Coordinate medical treatment including MRIs and injections; review records.
• Experience communicating with insurance carriers and policy searches.
• Familiar with lien tracking and pre-litigation workflows.
• Ability to escalate to supervising attorneys when needed.
• Proficient in cloud-based case management software and Maris Case.

Responsibilities

• Progress assigned pre-litigation caseload toward resolution by prioritizing steps and deadlines.
• Inform English- and Spanish-speaking clients about treatment progress and case status.
• Coordinate with medical providers to arrange appointments and care.
• Review medical records and track treatment progress to identify gaps.
• Obtain updates from insurance carriers and document coverage details.
• Escalate legal or medical decisions to supervising attorneys when required.
• Maintain current case files in Maris Case for easy tracking of status and next steps.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to keep lien tracking and demand workflows on track.
