Placements24 is seeking a creative Virtual Events Coordinator who excels at catering logistics to plan and execute dynamic virtual and hybrid events. You will manage catering packages, coordinate menus, packaging, and delivery, and work with culinary teams and logistics partners to ensure a smooth attendee experience regardless of location.

You will develop run sheets, communicate with clients, and source innovative catering solutions for remote attendees.

Qualificações

• Experience in event coordination or event management with a focus on logistics or catering.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing complex delivery schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in using event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Experience sourcing and managing external vendors and service providers.
• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and memorable event experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for catering components of virtual and hybrid events, including menu selection, packaging, and delivery scheduling.
• Liaise with clients to understand their virtual event needs and translate them into actionable catering plans.
• Manage relationships with external caterers and delivery services to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Develop and maintain detailed event run sheets and communication plans for all stakeholders involved in catering logistics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to catering delivery or presentation during virtual events.
• Source and propose innovative catering solutions suitable for remote attendees, enhancing the overall virtual event experience.
