Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and resourceful Virtual Event Catering Coordinator to manage all aspects of remote catering services for online events. You will liaise with clients, coordinate with remote culinary teams and delivery partners, and troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless execution from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable food experiences in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination, catering management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of virtual event catering, including menu selection, package customization, and delivery scheduling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the planning process.
• Liaise with remote chefs, kitchens, and third-party delivery services to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of catering orders.
• Manage event-specific requirements, dietary restrictions, and special requests with precision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or client feedback promptly and professionally.
