Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Event Coordinator to manage and execute catering experiences from a distance. You will liaise with clients virtually, plan event details, coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams, and ensure each catered event is a success.

This fully remote role requires excellent planning, strong communication, and careful budgeting to deliver profitable, memorable events while maintaining top client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination or management, with a strong background in catering or hospitality.
• Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management and communication tools for remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple catering events simultaneously, from initial client inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Conduct virtual client consultations to understand event scope, dietary needs, and specific requirements.

• Coordinate seamlessly with the culinary team, delivery personnel, and on-site event staff to ensure flawless execution.
