Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Catering Coordinator to manage client inquiries and event logistics from a distance. You will guide clients through menu selection, service options, and planning details to ensure seamless execution for events across locations.

In this fully remote role, you will communicate via phone, email, and virtual meetings, coordinate with on-site teams, prepare proposals and invoices, and keep calendars accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or hospitality is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple remote events.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings with detailed catering information.
• Coordinate with clients to develop customized catering packages meeting needs and budget.
• Liaise with on-site catering teams to ensure accurate communication of event details.
• Manage event calendars, bookings, and confirmations, recording and communicating details.
• Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and invoices, and track payments.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely to maintain high client satisfaction.
