• Proficiency in using project management tools (Asana, Trello) and virtual communication platforms.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of remote catering events, including menu selection, order placement, and delivery scheduling.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, event planners, and catering vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed event documentation, including timelines, budgets, and operational checklists.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues or client concerns that may arise during event planning and execution.
